5 New Year's Revenue Resolutions - January 11th

Today’s reflections. As we begin the young new year most of our minds turn to new year’s resolutions myself included. Typically our resolutions are pretty personal. Improvement to our lives that we would like to make to evolve some portion of ourselves or lives.

Lose 20 pounds, workout daily, gain muscle, organize the garage, be more patient, eat healthier, go back to school, study harder, make new friends, and more.

We anticipate that these actions will improve our lives in some way whether extending one’s life, living more comfortably, learning, expanding one’s social circle.

We expect these things will progressively build and grow the life and experience we want over time in life.

So I propose, how many apply the same resolution to their businesses. Many to their careers and personal financial aspirations, but what about the business itself? Yet many times we still expect yearly improvement to our success and even budget and plan for that improvement. Well I don’t know how much I can say about the success, failure, or efficiency of personal

new year’s resolutions, but new year’s resolutions related to our businesses themselves will definitively benefit the best result for the business even if that benefit is only increased efficiencies. With that in mind, I’m going to spend this week reflecting on my favorite 5 New Year’s Revenue Resolutions and share them with you.

So what are those five favorite New Year’s Revenue Resolutions? We will reflect on them in detail each date but a sneak peak at those resolutions: - Create or update your new year budget

- Set a special dedicated time for weekly revenue strategy

- Review your compset and market for changes

- Plan your yearly marketing strategy

- Plan your yearly guest relations strategy

Yup, that’s the recipe of resolutions for a year of success.
