The hotel Front desk staff should keep a record of all the questions asked by clients. The Frequently asked questions should be answered on various social media channels. This ensures that a larger audience is educated and may prompt followers to ask for more clarifications and be engaged with the hotel.


6. Post your hotel’s charity and CSR activities.


Clients, especially travelers tend to prefer hotels/destinations that care about the community. Ensure to share posts with images of the hotel staff volunteering and doing charitable activities. This will attract clients from the target audiences.

The majority of content produced in all social media channels is video,80% as reported. As a hotelier, this means you have to get your brand across in a much better way.
